Gift Card T&Cs

By purchasing, redeeming, or using a VagaMerch Gift Card, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Gift Card Purchase

  • Gift Cards are available for purchase on our VagaMerch website, https://store.vagabondtoursofireland.com/
  • Gift Cards are available in denominations of €25, €50 and €100 and can be purchased online via the various payment methods we accept. 

Gift Card Redemption

  • Gift Cards can be used to make purchases on our VagaMerch website at https://store.vagabondtoursofireland.com/ only.
  • To redeem a Gift Card, enter the unique code provided at checkout.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or be combined with other promotional offers, unless specifically stated.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase tours from the Vagabond Tours of Ireland website https://vagabondtoursofireland.com/
  • If your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you must pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

Balance and Expiration

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law.
  • Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to any fees, unless otherwise stated.
  • You can check your Gift Card balance at any time by contacting our customer support team.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

  • Treat your Gift Card like cash. We cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at store@vagabond.ie for assistance.
  • We may require proof of purchase before we can assist with replacing a lost or stolen Gift Card.

Restrictions

  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or be used for reselling purposes.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase tours from the Vagabond Tours of Ireland website https://vagabondtoursofireland.com/
  • Gift Cards are not transferable and cannot be resold, unless specified by law.

Refunds and Returns

  • If you return an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued to the original Gift Card, subject to our return policy.
  • If the Gift Card has been used in full or partially redeemed, we will issue the refund to a new Gift Card or another method, at our discretion.
