Shipping FAQs
How long does it take for an order to be fulfilled and shipped?
Fulfilment times vary depending on the product and the number of items ordered. On average, it takes 2-7 business days to fulfil a VagaMerch order. Shipping times vary based on the destination.
Can I track my orders?
Yes, once your VagaMerch order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided in the shipment notification email.

What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated depending on the number of items purchased and the shipping destination. To find out the cost of shipping, simply enter your address at the checkout and shipping will be calculated based on your order.
Returns and Exchanges FAQs
What is Vagabond's return policy?
Each VagaMerch product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of bulk helps reduce overproduction and leads to less waste.
Because each item is custom made for you, we generally do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. Please check our sizing guide carefully before purchase.
However, if there is an issue with the order, such as a defect or incorrect item, we will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

How do I report a problem with my order?
If there is an issue with your order, please email store@vagabond.ie within 28 days of receiving your VagaMerch.
Send details and photos of the issue, and our team will help you in any way that we can.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know the outcome of your return request. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund and credit your original method of payment within a few days.

What materials is your VagaMerch made of?
Why do you print to order?
Print to order means only producing a product when it is ordered (rather than printing large amounts of garments and keeping them in stock).
This approach creates less fabric waste, reduces overproduction and limits our impact on landfill.
Where are the products printed?
With a range of printing locations around the world, we ensure that your VagaMerch will be printed as close to the shipping destination as possible. This means carbon emissions from shipping are minimised.
Sizing FAQs
Do you offer returns if I order the wrong size?
We do not accept returns for sizing issues, as all our products are custom-made to order. However, if you believe there was a mistake in the sizing from our end, email store@vagabond.ie within 28 days of receiving your order to let us know. Please attach clear photos of the item that include the size tag.
How do your tshirts fit?
Our VagaTee sizes correspond to a smaller size in the US market, so US customers should order a size up.
How can I be sure I order the right size?
Each product page features a sizing guide. Please refer to this carefully
Measure your products at home and compare with the measurements you see in the guide to get the perfect fit.
