VagaMerch Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop sustainably with Vagabond Tours Of Ireland. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service.

At Vagabond Tours Of Ireland, flexibility and fairness are fundamental to how we do business. Rest assured, you can count on us for fair pricing, sustainable products and support from our team after you’ve purchased. If you need to return an item, our friendly team will advise you on your options.

Our VagaMerch products are created only when a customer places an order. This approach helps us avoid overproduction, keeping an excessive amount of products away from the landfill. Creating products on-demand means reducing the harm by at least 20%.

Because everything is made on demand, we cannot offer returns if you order the wrong size or you change your mind after purchasing. Please be sure to review your order carefully before placing it to ensure you have chosen the right size.

We strive to ensure that everyone who purchases Vagabond online merchandise is completely satisfied. We will do our very best to ensure that your order is dispatched in perfect condition and arrives as ordered. 

With that in mind, please read the following Returns Policy carefully:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by your order being delivered in less than perfect condition. 

It is our aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible. Please follow these simple steps: 

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item:

  • Email our team at store@vagabond.ie with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Attach one or more photos that clearly depict the damaged or defective product and the packaging.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a full refund, including shipping costs.

2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is different to what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know.We apologise for any inconvenience caused by delivering the wrong item. 

To initiate a return for a wrong item:

  • Email our team at store@vagabond.ie with your order number and details of the incorrect item.
  • Attach one or more photos that clearly depict the item received.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either:

  • Send you the correct item at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a full refund, including shipping costs, if the correct item is unavailable.

3. Sizing Issues

Please carefully refer to our size guide before ordering. Remember, the sizes correspond to a smaller size in the US market, so US customers should order a size up.

We do not accept returns for sizing issues, as all our products are custom-made to order. However, if you believe there was a mistake in the sizing from our end, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know.

To discuss sizing issues:

  • Email our team at store@vagabond.ie with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos of the item that include the size tag.

We will evaluate the situation and may offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A partial refund.

4. Buyer’s Remorse

As part of our sustainability policy, all of our merchandise products are custom-made to order. 

As a result, we do not accept product returns in case of buyer’s remorse. We define buyer’s remorse as cases where a customer wishes to return their purchase due to a change of mind and/or where the product is not defective in any way.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase as returns for buyer’s remorse will not be possible.

Return Process

First, reach out to our customer service team to review your return. Once it’s authorised, we’ll provide you with easy-to-follow instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please remember not to send any items before receiving confirmation from our team.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know the outcome of your return request. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund and credit your original method of payment within a few days.
